Vanilla Gluten Free Cupcake recipe - My favorite so far!

So I decided to make gluten free vanilla cupcakes the other day and they turned out...

AMAZING!

You have got to try it if you are gluten free! I'm not really gluten free but I try to have everything in moderation. Which is very important, I believe, so I will not become gluten intolerant (like 1/4 of my family is).

So instead of Sorghum flour I used brown rice flour, cane sugar replaced with palm sugar, 1 egg instead of egg mix {no vegans in this household} and plain rice milk. Result? Pure deliciousness.

I took a picture of my {cute} little cupcakes, before they went in the oven, with the heart silicone cupcake liner things...haha!
